Daniel S. Reale is a nationally recognized healthcare executive and anesthesia practice management expert with more than 25 years of experience leading, transforming, and optimizing healthcare organizations. As a member of Pulse Global Consulting Alliance, Mr. Reale brings extensive expertise in anesthesia practice operations, financial strategy, organizational growth, and healthcare management to support hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician organizations in achieving sustainable operational excellence.
Mr. Reale earned his Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His unique combination of legal, business, and healthcare expertise has enabled him to successfully navigate the complex operational, financial, regulatory, and strategic challenges facing modern healthcare organizations.
Prior to his current leadership roles, Mr. Reale served as President of Plexus Management Group, LLC, a leading anesthesia practice management organization, after previously serving as Executive Vice President. During his tenure, he played a key role in expanding and managing physician practices, developing operational infrastructure, and supporting anesthesia groups through periods of significant growth and transformation.
Mr. Reale is also a Managing Member of Anesthesia Practice Innovations (API), a consulting and practice management organization focused on addressing the financial, operational, technical, and strategic challenges faced by anesthesia practices, hospitals, and healthcare systems. Through API, he has advised anesthesia organizations on practice optimization, revenue enhancement, staffing models, contract strategy, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
In addition, Mr. Reale has been involved with Anesthesia Dynamics, an organization focused on helping anesthesia practices and healthcare facilities improve operational performance, financial sustainability, and practice management through customized solutions and strategic partnerships.
